Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure your child’s spot in our summer camp, please carefully review the following payment and refund policies:

1. Deposit

    • A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
    • This deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot and is nonrefundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment in Full

    • Full payment for all camp sessions is due by May 11, 2026.
    • Any outstanding balance after this date may result in forfeiture of your child’s spot.

3. Refunds

    • Any payments made above the $150 deposit are fully refundable if requested before May 11, 2026.
    • After May 11, 2026, partial refunds may be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled from the waitlist or by a new registrant. No other refunds will be considered.
    • Refunds, if granted after May 11, will be issued minus the nonrefundable deposit.

4. Missed Classes or Camps

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days or sessions, including those missed due to illness, scheduling conflicts, vacations, or any other personal reasons.

Note: Preschool Licensing Forms are required for attendance in our preschool camp. Failure to complete the forms, including the physician’s report, by the start of camp may result in a delayed start or inability to attend the session. In the event that attendance is impacted by failure to complete licensing forms, no refunds will be offered.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us plan for a fun, well-organized summer experience for all campers.

Waitlist Policy

Waitlists are generated automatically when spots fill up. This may happen while you are registering, if all remaining spots are currently in the process of being purchased. Once you register for the waitlist, if a spot becomes available, you will receive an email from Homeroom prompting you to accept or reject the opportunity. The email will have an associated deadline. If you do not accept the spot by the deadline, your camper will be removed from the waitlist and the spot will be offered to someone else. You may rejoin the waitlist at any time.

Note: you may not offer your spot to another family. The camp leadership team manages all waitlist offers.

Late Arrivals, Early Pick Ups, Late Pick Ups

Late Arrivals:

    • Field Trip Camps:
      • Off site camps typically leave for the day by 9:30am. If you anticipate arriving later than 9:30am please call the camp office as soon as possible. If the camp group has already left campus, your camper will be unable to attend. We are not able to place your camper with another group for the day. Field trip camp families will receive a courtesy phone call if they are late arriving.

Screen Time at Camp

Unless specifically related to the content of the camp (ex: Animation, screening of Disney’s Beauty & the Beast on the last day of Musical Theater camp), campers do not have screens as part of the camp day.

To that end, we also ask families to refrain from sending their children to camp with tablets. If campers need phones to communicate with caregivers, we ask that they are put away during the camp day.
